Project Manager - Construction (Corporate Services) Full-time / Day Shift (7:30a-4:00p)

The Project Manager assumes responsibility for the overall planning, implementation and successful execution of an assigned capital project or series of projects for Anne Arundel Medical Center and its subsidiaries.
Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet assigned expectations
Lead and coordinate the efforts of the multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of projects to ensure the performance goals and expectations are met
Provide project management support including creation of project plans, managing meetings, communication and follow-up between meetings to move each project to conclusion as identified in work plans and documents
Work collaboratively and proactively across AAMC, interfacing with other clinical and support departments, Health Care Enterprises, external contractors, consultants and vendors
Create, track, maintain and audit budgets for assigned projects
Prepare financial reports and documentation for assigned projects
Develop, maintain and communicate project status reports inclusive of key decisions, critical activities, key dates, and issues
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (preferably construction, healthcare administration, general or business management or related field)
Five years of experience in construction management
Personal computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Office products, Bluebeam, and project management software
American Hospital Association (AHA) Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) Certificate or equivalent
OSHA 30 Certification
Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
