The ED, working in concert with the President and Board of Directors, is responsible for establishing and implementing all non-medical policies and procedures of the Corporation, including financial management, management information systems, marketing and public relations, contracting and legal relationships, and human resources. The ED is the primary liaison between the Center, its shareholders, and the general public.
The ED is the Center's primary liaison with governmental and other regulatory agencies, which impact Center.
Responsibilities include oversight of the following areas:
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field. Master’s degree strongly preferred
Training in HIPAA Compliance
Minimum of 5-10 years management experience, preferably in healthcare
Strong leadership, decision making and analytical skills
Ability to act independently to establish logical priorities, to identify improvement opportunities and to develop action plans.
