Responsible for working with policy team in understanding national imperatives from agencies such as CMS (Medicare) and National Quality Forum (NQF). Proactively performs impact analysis of emerging or new policies. Provides analytics to support company response to national calls for comment. Provides information to guide modifications or development of offerings and/or services.
Responsible for development of analytic strategy with data science, methodology and national imperative leaders.
Proactively monitors national regulatory initiatives and develops impact analysis on members as well as helps product team enhance or develop new products for members addressing the initiatives.
Provides advice on national imperatives to guide necessity, impact for modification and/or development of offerings.
Provides support for organization response to national initiatives to national bodies such as NQF and CMS.
Provides supporting analytics for other organizations such as America’s Essential Hospitals (AEH) and American Association of Medical College (AAMC) as part of joint agency responses.
Provides organization-wide advice on National Imperatives including pay for performance measures and public reporting of metrics for hospitals and providers.
Demonstrates a commitment to self-improvement as a leader by actively developing the Leadership, Professional and Technical competencies assigned.
MBA, MHA, or Analytic advanced degree preferred.
7 years minimum work experience required in health care.
7 years of experience analyzing CMS data, manipulating data and analytic reporting insights.
