Job Summary This position serves as a trusted and collaborative Human Resources advisor in providing proactive, practical and valued thought partnership to business leadership while ensuring alignment with the network corporate culture and business initiatives. Position leads multiple teams in various areas of Human Resources, Benefits and Compensation, in order to balance the network need to remain market competitive.
Oversees the staff and ensures adequate staffing levels, inclusive of hiring/onboarding, evaluating, managing performance, coaching and developing employees ensuring employee productivity, quality of work, and alignment of goals with our mission, vision, and values. Ensures compliance with all policies, financial stewardship by being accountable for the financial integrity around development and maintenance of department budget.
Serves as a trusted partner and initiates and maintains effective communications with management and employees; provides coaching and guidance on matters related to performance management to improve employee productivity and engagement. Ensures strategy for department that is in line with the network's ability to recruit and retain employees. Recommends necessary changes to ensure marketplace competitiveness.
Designs and runs internal projects in conjunction with human resource colleagues to drive employee engagement across the network. Supervises the execution of annual strategies regarding various formal pay and benefit program recommendations including complete cost impact analysis.
Works closely with members of the executive team to enhance mutual understanding of operational and benefits programs balanced with the organizational need to remain competitive. This includes the execution of annual strategies regarding various formal pay and benefit program recommendations.
Understands the business activities, strategies, plans and barriers to sustain performance and needs of internal clients and employees. Drives the business performance through creation and delivery of Human Resource strategies and solutions for areas, such as, Compensation and Benefits.
