Key components of the responsibilities are as mentioned below:
Provide application Implementation/Configuration/Validation expertise on adverse event reporting products including Argus Safety and related modules.
Configure the solution using relevant tools or system applications based on the solution definition and customer requirements.
Requirements analysis/authoring and accountability of various deliverables (Requirement Documents, Configuration Documents, UFRS, URS, FRS, Test Strategy, Test Scripts etc.)
Provide the configuration solution during a project's lifecycle (development, testing, post production stages Migration of project,)
Execute Control Procedure, Document Management Plan and Training Plan, Prepare WI, SOPs
Conduct conference room pilots and proof of concepts to understand the effectiveness of the solution; incorporate feedback into the solution
Conduct routine and ad hoc data extraction (i.e. PSURs, DSURs, 6-monthly listings)
Closely work with clients to support implementation and Inspect and resolve safety database problems quickly and effectively.
5-8 years of professional experience as Technical Business Analyst
5 years of functional expertise in Argus Safety required
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to be successful in the role
Ability to define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Advanced knowledge of RDBMS, SQL Concepts and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-point, Visio etc.)
Good knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. Testing, User Acceptance, Database oriented
Applications, Configurable Applications) Strong analytical skills with an ability & interest in working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
Delivery focused - managing schedules and timelines
Ability to define and document customer business functions and processes
Work with functional leads to understand business requirements and become an SME for a specific area
Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Displays energy, enthusiasm, drive and stamina
International travel readiness, work hours that overlap global client location time-zones
Needs to be able to work with India-based customers and accommodate India-based calls
