Manager of Employee Health & Workers Compensation Talent Division Lakeland Medical Center, Lakeland, Florida
The experienced professional we select for this important role will oversee the delivery of employee health services for employees, medical staff and volunteers. This individual will manage the workers’ compensation program, function as case manager, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and government regulations.
Education, Experience, and Licensure
Successful applicants will each hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited university and a minimum of three years of experience in occupational health and worker’s compensation case management. The selected candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, and demonstrate conflict-resolution and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to analyze data for decision-making, excellent problem-resolution skills, and critical-thinking abilities. Master’s degree and CCM or CDMS certification preferred.
