The Director of Talent Management is a newly created role that will report directly to the hospital's Chief Human Resources Officer.
This forward-thinking individual will be responsible for the organizational talent strategy, including gap analyses and succession planning, to ensure talent resources alignment with the overall organizational strategic plans.
This position provides expertise to optimize HR functions, including, but not limited to talent acquisition, coaching, organizational development, training, & talent management.
Develop and lead the talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Design and implement recruiting programs and processes that attract, select and retain a qualified, diverse workforce through technology and social networking tools, as well as traditional sourcing techniques.
Aligned recruitment strategy with corporate strategy: close the gap between the business needs and the talent required to achieve the goals.
Partner with Human Resources and organizations leadership to developed workforce planning and succession planning programs.
Design, develop, communicate and implement an integrated staffing strategy and talent tracking process, with an emphasis on talent pipeline and feeder pool development to ensure meeting future workforce needs.
Must have 5 years experience in recruitment and supervisory experience
