This position is a training specialist that will enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training that will boost employees knowledge and workplace performance. Works as part of a team and provides knowledge, guidance, research and fact-finding expertise to define, design and modify specifications and processes of company core values and system operation. Incumbent participates in establishing system documentation standards and quality assurance methodologies for Standard Operating Procedures. The trainer will facilitate new hire training and refresher training. They will develop learning content for a variety of formats including classroom, group and one on one. They will develop, maintain and coordinate training materials and job aids. The trainer will develop evaluative metrics and feedback tools to measure training effectiveness. They will explore, evaluate and recommend new approaches, alternative technologies and modes for effective learning. They will be a subject matter expert for HME and provide supervisory support/back up.

Uses a variety of existing procedures and guidance from others to solve straightforward problems. Drafts, reviews, and analyzes data specific to department.
Acts as a liaison to resolve any conflict between supervisors and employees regarding department or function specific work assignments. Responds to standard requests from internal and/ or external customers. Interacts with primarily with department peers, supervisor, internal customers, patients and physicians.
Works within technical guidelines and direction to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Has completed work reviewed by supervisor or physician.
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business and healthcare experience.
Training facilitation skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task. Moderate experience, typically gained through 2-4 years relevant experience
Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Bachelor's degree. Instructional design experience inclusive of conducting needs assessment, designing, developing and implementing various training programs.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
