Responsible for working with facility leadership and supply chain team to implement the strategic direction of supply expense management program at all facilities. Specifically, the Clinical Resource Director utilizes a structured approach that will include but not limited to data analysis, utilizing clinical evidence to achieve product standardization and utilization. This position will require excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills in order to convey goals and objectives for overall program execution. This position is responsible for building strategic alliances with Hospital Executive staff with emphasis on the CFO,COO, CNO, CMO and Clinical Department Directors to execute on an effective supply expense management program.
EDUCATION: An undergraduate degree required and Master's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Nursing or healthcare experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified in this job description. OR experience preferred or clinical background in procedural areas.
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: RN preferred. At least 5 years clinical management level experience may substitute for a RN license.
