The Practice Manager will direct and oversee operations of two busy surgical and orthopedic practices. The role will ensure the highest levels of patient access, flow and scheduling optimization, ensure excellent provider and staff relations, manage to KPI’s and best practices, improve practice revenue and provider productivity, manages expenses and revenue to budget. The Practice Manager is also responsible for service expansion, process improvement, patient satisfaction, overall performance improvement, staff selection, scheduling, and coaching and development.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of surgical practice management experience, preferably including orthopedics. Must be an excellent communicator, data and results driven, have experience with process improvement and be an excellent team builder.
