This role will have primary responsibility as the HR Business Partner for the medical group in Cincinnati, Springfield and Kentucky regions within Bon Secours Mercy Health to understand business priorities and across HR COE’s and HR Service Center to deliver strategic alignment and agility to impact organizational strategic priorities. This role will direct and lead efforts in setting HR strategy, structures and process improvements across 600 physician practices across medical group. This role will work with the VP of Human Resources for medical group to harmonize HR processes, policies and standardization of HR across the system. Responsible to partner and build strong relationships with assigned market client(s) Responsible for solving complex market organizational challenges through people-related solutions and delivering results. Responsible for partnering with SME’s on HR Compliance, Joint Commission and other regulatory readiness.
Support HR Communications and Program Delivery and act as a champion for assigned business/market
Execute subject matter expertise through organizational design and organizational effectiveness consulting using evidenced-based practice to drive change/results.
Organize and lead other HR professionals within the business to help execute strategy
Partner with cross-functional group of SME’s to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, design, develop, reward, motivate and organize work
Build all change management and organizational design strategies
Report and manage local market budget(s) for HR partners/consultants and local programs
Coordinates the workforce plan for Medical Group
Closely collaborates with system leaders to ensure alignment of HR strategies, priorities and initiatives across the medical group.
Effectively communicate projected outcomes, time frames, interdependencies and accountabilities to all parties.
Manage multiple projects at any given time, often with competing timelines and resources.
Minimum Years and Type of Experience
5 years in healthcare field in physician practice management or similar.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Effective communication, time management, organizational skills. All Microsoft Office products.
