This position, System Director of Strategy and Service Line Development, plays a critical role in the implementation and oversight of strategic planning throughout the CHRISTUS Health organization and all markets. This position supports in identifying, developing and assisting with the development of various strategic initiatives and will have an emphasis on service line planning.
This position shall assess, analyze, and manage key strategies to expand CHRISTUS's capabilities and enhance its ability to provide value to its customers while ensuring alignment CHRISTUS Health's strategic planning methodology. This position will work collaboratively with the Regional Ministries as well as internal and external system resources through a multi-disciplinary team approach.
Master's degree in health care administration, public administration, business administration or other related field
Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a health care leadership role; more experience preferred
Minimum five (5) years of experience in strategic, business development or service line planning
Proven ability and experience working across a wide range of care delivery environments and providers
Professional experience collaborating with essential business partners
Exceptional verbal and written (including presentations) communication skills required
Excellent communicator, speaker, and facilitator
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
