Job Summary:

Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect - Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Responsible for the following: troubleshooting, expanding and maintaining our current Microsoft 365 environments. Analyst will work closely with end users and other Information Technology Teams. As an analyst, you will be required to participate in on-call rotation. Other side duties would include documentation of various systems and processes. Microsoft SharePoint and Office experience required.
Competencies and Skills:
Should have intermediate to advanced knowledge of: Experience wiring and delivering instructional courses Demonstrate change management leadership skills by assisting users with new business models, process and workflow changes, and employee impact assessments as they move towards the desired future state Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, system monitoring, security and technology infrastructure; Microsoft Certifications, such as Office 365 MCSA, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure or equivalent, are desired Working knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Skype for Business, Intune, Teams, Azure Rights Management, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint is highly preferred Provide third-level support Experience adding and configuring web parts (content editor web part, summary link web part, and content query web part), site creation and content management (adding and customizing libraries, lists, surveys, calendars and pages.) Experience creating SharePoint end-user documentation on processes, standards and best practices Strong understanding of what can be done using OOB features in SharePoint Exhibits strategic and technical experience focused on driving adoption of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure and Office 365 Ability to multitask, assess and prioritize quickly Possess a high sense of urgency and commitment to customer service Ability to work in a team environment Availability to participate in on-call rotation (24/7 on-call support) Proficient and familiar with MS Office Pro Plus including the Outlook Client. Excellent customer service and telephone skills, and experience in a professional service environment, with responsibility for supporting multiple applications and network environments. Must have good verbal and written communications skills.
Education and or Experience:
Associate's degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; or technical diploma / technical certification in a field related to the position required. Minimum of six years of full time experience in a related information technology/application/user support role required.
OR
In lieu of degree or certification, minimum of nine years of full time experience in a related information technology/application/user support role required. ITIL Foundation Certificate preferred
If a suitably experienced candidate cannot be found, applicants who meet the basic qualifications but possess fewer years of experience will be considered for hire at a lower level. Salary would commensurate with experience.
