Our Enterprise Applications Team provides Infor / Lawson ERP and related IT services in support of our Penn State Health Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain Management Shared Services customers.
As the Lead Analyst for the Payroll / Benefits areas, you will be responsible for:
Owning the Payroll & Benefits IT services to the business at a detailed level (interface design, understanding overall system functionality, etc.)
Facilitation of reoccurring meetings to manage and prioritize work requests; for both shorter term, more tactical work and longer term, more strategic work, requiring road-mapping exercises
Project management for all small and medium efforts in your assigned area (you would be assigned a PM for larger efforts)
Identifying and documenting functional requirements
Creating conceptual design of interfaces to 3 rd party vendors
Occasional hands on development of interfaces, other solutions
Adhering to internal solution development methodology, change management, and overall IT policies and procedures
Fielding complex service desk incidents, working with the vendor / operations team to resolve
E ither: (a) Bachelor's degree plus 6 additional years of related experience or (b) 10 years total of related experience
P REFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Payroll functional experience
Benefits functional experience
ERP / packaged software technology experience
Project management - experience planning and / or leading projects
Infor / Lawson experience - Lawson or Landmark; including Infor Process Automation (IPA), ION
Time & Attendance software administration - including Kronos, Infor Workforce Management (WFM)
Time clocks - device setup & management
Software development experience
Experience working in a standards based / formalized environment
