Ergomotion has an opportunity to transform the way we sleep by bringing a technology-based product to the aging market. We are starting with assisted living care facilities as our jumping point into the aging space, then expanding into the larger aging-in-place market.
As a member of the Leadership Team, the Divisional Director will have the opportunity to change the direction of the company and industry by developing strategies and vision for the Company that maximize short- and long-term business development objectives in the senior living market. This role will play a crucial role in developing our future.

What you'll do:
Help us understand the Senior Living market.
Develop and execute senior living sales strategies; create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time; identify new opportunities to grow business, increase sales, and broaden brand and product recognition.
Clearly and effectively communicate business/channel/department strategies, brands and key initiatives to internal and external individuals alike.
Create and maintain a product development centered culture to maximize the revenue source.
Developing direct and in-direct sales channels and close business directly with end-customers as a means to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Organize, plan, direct and coordinate all business development activities related to senior living markets (assisted living facilities and nursing homes), build and manage a sales team; help define marketing activities; conduct presentations and demos of solutions; generate proposals; and manage contracts through deal closing.
Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans for the business.
Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes to maximize sales and marketing opportunities.
Act as a change agent to create and drive an innovation-driven culture.
You understand the Senior Living market, what their existing needs are and what they will need in the future. You also have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Gerontology, Marketing or a related field. A Master’s degree is appreciated.
10+ year’s of relevant experience in a leadership role in the senior living industry.
Increasing levels of responsibility and leadership including work as a strategic business partner with the leadership team, ideally in a sales or marketing function.
Demonstrated success in leading through significant growth and change and creating sales and marketing strategies and best practices to achieve the company’s objectives.
Data-driven decision making, digital acumen, and diagnostic information gathering.
Experience in managing a CRM system.
Effective leadership through marketing, outreach and other exposure campaigns to build awareness and drive traffic.
The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.

Additional Salary Information: Total compensation for this position will include both base and commission pay.
