Oversees the day-to-day field operations of the general maintenance employees and supervises all associates that are in the facilities department, which includes the maintenance and boiler room associates. They are also responsible for overseeing facilities capital projects for the entire Region.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to assist craftsmen in emergency conditions. Moderate effort may be required. Must be capable of lifting and carrying 35 lbs. Must be able to climb and work from ladders up to 24 feet in height. Eyesight, hearing and coordination must be good. Must be physically able to operate motorized vehicles with proper licenses.
