Job SummaryDirects related activities of the department, including project management, staff management, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of the user community. Provides planning, consultation and advisory services to various departments system-wide. Oversees major projects related to the Charge Description Master (CDM). Administers and champions the objectives of the departmentin order to optimize revenue generation and satisfaction through a standardized comprehensive and complaint patient accounting system. Works directly with vendors and other Geisinger departments on CDM enhancement needs to meet Revenue Cycle standards for quality.Job Duties
