JOB SUMMARY:
This System Analyst works on VUMC's Directory Services team to securely implement, support and maintain on-premises and cloud-based identity-related technologies. This is a full-time position, and your experience should include:
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory and related technologies (e.g., Azure AD Connect, Azure Identity Protection)
- Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services and related technologies (e.g., Kerberos, LDAP, GPOs)
- Privileged Access Management technologies (e.g., CyberArk Privileged Access Security, Microsoft Azure AD Privileged Access Management)
- federated authentication technologies (e.g., SAML 2.0, Azure AD SSO, Ping Identity PingFederate)
- multi-factor authentication technologies (e.g., Azure MFA)
- X.509 public key infrastructure (PKI) certificate technologies (e.g., certificate authorities, SSL/TLS certificates)
- strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and related technologies (e.g., Microsoft PowerShell)
- legacy authentication technologies (e.g., RADIUS, non-Microsoft LDAP platforms)
- basic familiarity with networking technologies and the ability to interact knowledgably with firewall, load balancing, and networking teams
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- maintains and supports the identity technologies in the Directory Services portfolio
- serves as a technical resource to users
- participate in the IT Service Management process (incidents and requests, configuration management and change control, etc.)
- participates in the team's on-call rotation

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:
