The Executive Compensation Consultant oversees the daily administration of all Tenet and its affiliate�s stock incentive plan(s) comprised of stock options, restricted stock units, performance-based awards, phantom awards and cash-based long-term incentives including all aspects of recordkeeping, reporting and reconciliation. Is responsible for the company�s employees stock purchase plan (ESPP) for upwards of 85k+ eligible employees. Will support broader compensation team with executive level job pricing, market analysis, offer creation and potential severance estimates. Supports preparation of HR Committee materials for 4-6 BOD meetings per year; works closely with VP, Total Rewards to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Partners with Legal and Finance teams to support Proxy�s executive compensation tables and CD&A narrative. Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to business partners as well as a multitude of ad hoc data request and special projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan(s) Administration: Ensures that logic and plan set up is administered in accordance with plans and grant agreement terms and conditions, as well as staying complaint with internal processes and procedures. Serves as primary contact with third party vendors and auditors to ensure all transactions are appropriate, properly documented, maintained in files, and accurately reflected in the third party administrator�s records.
- Coordination and Management of Data/Reports: Extensive experience with a multitude of report analysis for internal and external partners. Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports for other various departments (Legal, Accounting/Finance, HR and Tax) for purposes of FAS 123R calculations, financial statement disclosure, proxy reporting, other SEC filings, SOX Controls and for other purposes, as needed. Responsible for record accuracy and timeliness.,
- Vendor Management: Strong working relationship with cohesive collaboration with our vendor partners to address issues, discuss special projects, understand and respect historical experiences and be open to areas of future opportunity for plan and process improvements
- Team Collaboration and Productivity: Ensure collaborative, quality outcomes provided in a timely manner to internal and external partners.

- Advanced Excel required along with other MS Office Suite of applications knowledge.
- Deep knowledge and experience with all facets of Fidelity Investments stock plan platforms
- Working knowledge of SEC, legal, tax, and accounting implications associated with equity compensation
- Ability to interpret and understand legal documents such as proxy, security regulation, government legislations, plan documents and grant agreements
- Effective interpersonal skills with strong ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and clients to help resolve issues with cross functional teams such as the Legal, Tax, Payroll, Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting and Human Resources.
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Audit)
- 6-8+ years stock plan administration experience with large publicly traded companies ($10B or greater annual revenue)
- >5 years experience with executive compensation
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
Preferred:
- National Association of Stock Plan Professional member
