The Manager Operations is responsible for managing, coordinating and monitoring the operational functions to include staffing, process flow, budget management, and daily operations. The Manager Operations develops and oversees implementation of action plans to kick-off, implement and maintain programs; may serve as a member of the various teams and committees; oversees equipment and property maintenance; and serves as contact for vendors and repair-persons. The manager assists with preparation of confidential correspondence, documents and reports; provides information and reports on projects, awards and achievements to BSWH Public Relations, Marketing and other areas as needed; develops policies and procedures; collaborates with the management team to develop, implement and administer the policies, procedures, projects, goals and objectives of the department; and investigates, resolves and documents resolution of complaints concerning services provided by the administrative support staff. The ideal Manager Operations candidate will have 3-5 years of related experience; ability to manage and staff a department; experience with policy and procedure development; and have effective communication skills.
