Summary Under the general supervision of the CHRO, the Talent Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and development of the Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of core programs that attract, measure, develop, and manage the organizations diverse talent pool. The Talent Manager also provides daily leadership for the Talent Acquisition team.
