In addition, the health system has five rural health clinics and one urgent care clinic. The main facility is in Granby and features two operating rooms, outpatient ancillary services and specialty support including general surgery, orthopedics, GI, OB, podiatry, cardiology, urology, and dermatology. Middle Park Health serves the county’s 15,000+ residents as well as over 2 million annual visitors. Middle Park Health employs over 250 staff. Reports to: IT Director Description: The Technical Support Analyst, under general supervision, performs a variety of computer systems administration and support tasks, including analyzing, constructing, documenting, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting of PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, and communication devices for the organization. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• PC Hardware setup and troubleshooting skills
• Strong Microsoft PC Operating systems
• Knowledge of computer systems, printers, scanners etc
• Strong communication skills
• Works well in team environment
• Organization skills
• Customer support focus
