You Will Be Responsible For:
Manages key relationships with collegiate, military and other recruitment partners identified.
Establishes strategy for collegiate and military conventions for the organization.
Works diligently to seek new and forward-thinking opportunities to improve and increase talent pipelines for collegiate, military initiatives and crucial talent needs.
Assists team members in achieving business results.
Establishes forums, associations and vendors for AHS to partner with for collegiate and military recruitment.
Works closely with the Regional Managers to provide leadership for overall military and collegiate recruiting strategy within the organization.
Creates strategies for facilities within the regions (schools, recruiters etc.) to build and expand partnerships and relationships with local schools.
Manages and creates strategies to respond to social media related inquires via mobile.
Acts as a local consultant and liaison with Shared Services and Talent Management on recruitment strategies and efforts.
Creates strategy to develop relationships and processes to continuously improve attraction and selection of transitioning military and veterans.
Manages the market research initiatives with leadership using CEB, Bersin and similar databases
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, human resources or related field required
5 years of experience doing strategy, recruiting, marketing, planning, business or related field.
Health care experience required.
Strong understanding of process/program development and planning.
Knowledge of healthcare and clinical best practices.
Ability to research and present information.
Able to think strategically and thoughtfully outline project initiatives
Manages the design and implementation of military, collegiate and other recruitment strategies. Fosters the continuous advancement of recruitment strategies that address critical talent needs within the organization. Explores and proposes new avenues for generating new talent pipelines. Works with the facility leaders and stakeholders within the system to understand and define crucial talent needs. Navigates and partners with facilities leaders and representatives within the system to during the creation of recruitment strategies, ensuring with broad support and buy-in. Stays abreast of emerging recruiting methods including but not limited to collegiate, military and association opportunities. Maintains strong relationships with local recruiters, colleges, associations, and vendors. Serves as a resource and provides consultation to external teams that play key roles in the success of strategic recruitment plans. Conducts market research to establish strategic plans using social platforms, CEB, Bersin and other databases.
