Hiring a Clinical Director of Admissions/RN Danvers, Massachusetts Care Dimensions was founded in 1978 as Hospice of the North Shore and was one of the nation’s first hospice programs. We have evolved from a small, all-volunteer agency and today we are the largest hospice in Massachusetts with a staff of more than 700 and 500 volunteers. In 2020, we cared for 5,717 hospice patients and more than 2300 palliative care patients. We serve an average of 975 hospice patients and 600 palliative care patients. Summary: Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), the Director of Admissions works collaboratively with the Clinical Leadership Team to ensure the functioning of a coordinated, comprehensive program to facilitate appropriate and timely admissions of patients to Care Dimensions. The Director of Admissions is responsible for the overall direction of Care Dimensions’ referral, admissions and liaison components.
