Server Administrator Sr. Call Center

Job Summary:

Senior Call Center Server Administrator plans and administers installation and configuration of the call center application servers independently. Full Stack developer that has a holistic understanding of several technologies and the ability to produce a solution across an entire architecture. Principle application development to provide leadership in the development and modification of complex, critical applications. In-depth programming knowledge to leads team to design, code, perform benchmark testing, debugging and documentation of programs. Implements complex development projects. Needs to be a competent scribe who can document the decisions made in building an API so that a complete picture can be delivered to the API consumer Provides support for system performance, security and reliability. Leads during the planning phase of new initiatives. Implements large/multiple development projects. Functions as lead on projects. May lead teams. Coaches development of other staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops or configures programs to automate routine tasks.
• Installs, maintains and administers application server environments.
• Performs application deployments to pre-production and production environment.
• Provides applications and projects with expert-level technical guidance.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES :
SERVER ADMINISTRATION (ADVANCED): Demonstrates high levels of expertise in applying the skill in challenging and complex situations. Often takes a lead role in highly pressurized situations when there is a need to achieve results. Consistently delivers products and services using the skill in a creative and imaginative manner while setting a standard for others. Actively participates in outside professional organizations and forums.

APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN (ADVANCED): Serves technical resource role in areas of BI Tools, ETL processes and data design. Strong knowledge of REST + JSON and API frameworks. General understanding of integration architecture for Contact Center technologies.

SERVER INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE (INTERMEDIATE): Has the ability to install software using vendor-supplied and company-developed procedures. Demonstrates the ability to use core utility programs in the installation and maintenance of systems. Demonstrates the ability to quickly analyze and resolve problems that may arise during a software installation. Demonstrates the ability to create and use complex utility programs to facilitate software installations.

SERVER MONITORING AND TUNING (ADVANCED): Demonstrates high levels of expertise in applying performance metrics in challenging and complex situations regarding performance problems. Able to interpret performance information and make recommendations. Often takes a lead role in highly pressurized situations when there is a need to achieve results and researches metrics in new areas for potential use. Plans performance and stress tests.
