Work Hours/Shift:

• Full Time Day Shift

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Manages the Decision Support team and oversees the analytics roadmap.
• Leads the design and implementation of all scorecards, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports on various platforms and for various departments. 
• Frame and break down complex problems into key components, analyze large datasets to drive actionable insights.
• Evaluates the integrity/accuracy of data and addresses identified problems.
• Work closely with the IT analytics teams to Create and maintain dashboards and other summary outputs for the leadership team.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in field such as Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or Data Science
• 3 years’ experience managing operations within a clinical setting
• 7 years’ experience working to provide business intelligence or decision support
• Master’s degree in Business or Data Science

Job Summary:

The Sr. Manager of Decision Support interacts heavily with the Ambulatory Systems leadership team and service line leaders to provide relevant, accurate, and timely business intelligence.  This role coordinates the development, implementation, and deployment of strategic information; manages the Decision Support team’s day-to-day operations; and identifies process improvement opportunities within the organization.

This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to influence data-driven business decisions. The decision support team has exposure to all facets of the business and plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. The position will report directly to the Executive Director of Operational Agility and will have extensive exposure to other business leaders.
