Develops and manages a marketing and/or communications strategy for the Department of Medicine (DOM) and DOM Divisions in conjunction with department leadership.

Assessing program used for creating DOM newsletter and optimizing/changing as needed, i.e. Hubspot or Emma.
Create and send newsletter monthly or more frequently if needed
Building/maintaining constant contact lists for newsletter circulation
Responsible for all DOM Social Media presence, including DOM Twitter
Create and maintain a DOM Annual Report to be used for recruiting, marketing, etc.

Create and Design Presentations for Chair and other DOM Leadership (i.e. Annual State of the Department Address)
Coordinate marketing and communication around DOM special events (i.e., DOM 100th anniversary, special lectureships, possibly division events etc.)
