Ensure a positive experience for hiring leaders and candidates throughout the recruitment life-cycle. Your ability to understand data trends (i.e. labor market supply/demand, workforce trends) and think creatively to generate results in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.
Own the entire recruitment life-cycle.
Drive change with a focus on best in class recruitment activity.
Work remotely with ability to conduct business on-site, when necessary.
Five (5)+ years of strategic recruitment experience with proven competence in sourcing for passive candidates.
Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer and candidate service.
Knowledge of Employment and EEO laws and regulations.
Analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, strong ATS skills (we use iCIMS) and creative Internet sourcing techniques (e.g., social and professional networking sites, blogs, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical.
