You Will Be Responsible For:
Responsible for assisting Director and marketing team in the development of all graphic design projects included but not limited to developing and executing ad campaigns (newspaper, magazine and outdoor advertisement) as well as internal flyers, for Gordon Hospital, Gordon Hospital owned physician practices, and internal departments.
Design and coordinate publication of the hospital’s magazine NWGA Health as well as any direct mail, or special design projects.
Aid the department in updating the web page site and intranet.
Create graphics, intranet and internet banners for the hospital website as well as social media pages.
Assist the department with outreach marketing for industries, schools, or community events.
What You Will Need:
Minimum two years’ experience in graphic design if degree is not obtained.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, illustration, or another related field preferred.
Use of 35MM SLR digital camera preferred.
Experience using social media sites preferred.
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Public Relations, the Graphic Designer/Multi-Media Coordinator is responsible for establishing a positive image for Gordon Hospital/Murray Medical Center and its owned physician practices through graphic design of advertising campaigns, departmental flyers and various modes of multi-media including internet (gordonhospital.com), intranet (Arc), Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media outlets. In addition, this position will assist in the coordination of special events and participate in community and hospital sponsored events.
