Possesses a fundamental understanding of the business unit and aids with User Acceptance Testing when necessary. Effectively prepares data in a comprehensive concise format. Presents topics to peers as needed. Maintains flexibility and adaptability as situations arise within the Revenue Management. Serves as a contact and liaison between end-users and various Revenue Management staff. Responsible to identify and implement corrective action plans for outstanding Accounts Receivable issues.
