The Financial Analyst II participates in all aspects of operational and capital budgets, assists senior management in the long-term financial planning process, develops proformas for proposed ventures, and provides in-depth analysis of primary drivers of volume, revenue, and expense. Duties also include routine and ad hoc reporting, as well as various benchmarking, database management support. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills and be capable of communicating with various levels of management.
Minimum Qualifications Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred
Work Experience (Years and Area): 3+ years financial analysis experience required, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Knowledge of benchmark analysis, productivity reporting and delivery of healthcare services. Ability to analyze, report, and develop recommendations.
