Program Manager - Internal Communication and Engagement - Community Health Choice
JOB SUMMARY: Design, lead, and execute internal communications strategies and employee engagement programs designed to inform, motivate, and inspire Community Health Choice employees. Lead and support various initiatives and events to build and grow the organization's culture through improved employee engagement. Serve as a change agent by building relationships and partnering with HR leadership, the executive leadership team, and multiple internal stakeholders across all departments to ensure effective and consistent organization-wide communications.
