As a Learning Experience Designer you will support Banner Health???s Learning and Development initiatives by creating and designing engaging and impactful learning activities and resources.?? This opportunity combines graphic and visual design with instructional learning that will be utilized system wide.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will support the execution, development, and creation of graphic design and multimedia solutions to deliver learning experiences that create business value. This position will be an innovative, driven, problem solver that has experience working with internal customers from across the enterprise to create high quality, creative, learning experiences. This role will be responsible for designing and developing learning solutions and deliverables against timelines, ensuring key milestones are met, work is high-quality, and fit-for-purpose.??
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Assists in design solutions from concept to completion.??Design interactive, multimedia elements to support new learning courses, tools, and resources which include graphic elements such as, but not limited to: web-based learning courses and materials, three-dimensional media, electronic media, and digital media.
2. Assists with the digital media production process to support promotion, communication, education and training needs of the department or organization.?? This may include using graphic design skills to create engaging learning tools, scenario-based learning, online tutorials, and other materials to meet identified business needs.
3. Create and support the maintenance of internal style, brand, and design documentation for learning modules, tools, and resources.
4. Apply graphic design and adult learning principles to communicate complex ideas visually in an easy-to-use format.?? Should be adept with software applications such as Articulate360, InVision, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and Camtasia.
5. Create knowledge checks and performance assessments to ensure learner understanding.
6. Design and develop learning experiences that align with learning outcomes and apply evidence-based learning principles.
7. Must be willing to continually update technical skills by keeping abreast of emerging technologies, particularly in new digital media technologies that optimize learning.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate???s degree in Graphic Design, Design Production, Learning and Development, Advertising or other relevant field.
Two plus years of experience with graphic design or design production. Direct experience in designing and developing learning elements (multimedia materials, job-aids, online tutorials) for ILT, VL, e-learning, virtual communities, performance support tools, self-assessments, videos, and curated micro-learning. Solid knowledge of instructional design techniques. Proficiency in graphic design, multimedia/video, learning authoring, prototyping and management tools such as Articulate360, InVision, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and Camtasia.????
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience leveraging learning management systems and/or learning experience platforms. Experience with Workday. Fundamental understanding of HTML. Voice over narration experience.
