Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centers Development Department is seeking a passionate, highly motivated, detail-oriented Associate to join our Event Communications and Strategy team.
Working directly with the Director, your role will focus on managing the production, content, and general project process for our peer-to-peer programs.
Oversee production and content for peer-to-peer websites (Cycle for Survival, Freds Team and Kids Walk for MSK Kids) and partner with our internal web team on registration launches and closings, content updates, audience and email development, and new landing pages or site features. Work with digital operations, creative, and fundraising teams to help manage all aspects of those projects.
Partner with creative and content teams to produce new fundraising resources and materials.
Liaise with fundraising colleagues on communications, creative, website, and sponsorship and ensuredeliverables are met on time.
Work collaboratively with the Developmentmedia team to assist in content creationand other related tasks.
Provide support as needed to other members of the team.
A strategic thinker that likes to use data to realize solutions or solve problems.
A great teammate that enjoys working with a diverse group of people.
Comfortable with change and an evolving peer-to-peer landscape.
3-5 years of related experience
The ability to lead many different projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in non-profit a plus.
Knowledge of managing data in CRM.
Knowledge of Google Analytics.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Flexibility to travel depending on event schedules.
**NYC based staff are currently working remotely. You do not need to be based in New York City for this position.
