Director, Talent Management
The Talent Management function drives our Corporate Talent Strategy, Operations and Processes � developing, implementing and managing all aspects of the talent assessment and planning, career development, performance management and succession planning. As a Director of Talent Management you�ll bring your experience and innovative thinking to help continue to evolve our strategy to cultivate and foster the growth of Tenet�s talent to support both our team members and the success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the design, implementation and execution � including change management, training, and communications - of key processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and talent planning
- Bring innovation, creative thinking, and a solid understanding of current and evolving best practices, to help shape our Talent strategy.
- Partner with our HR Analytics team to ensure access to critical datapoints and analyses for key stakeholders and leaders
- Synthesize outcomes from Talent Processes to provide inputs into our Talent Development programs and targeted learning opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert, consulting internal stakeholders on talent strategy solutions and best practices
- Continuously add a Culture and D&I lens on all talent programs and approaches
- Research best external and agile Talent Management practices and new, innovative approaches; evaluating our current offerings against best practices and trends, bringing innovative ideas for enhancing programs as needed
- Partner with L&D to review talent development needs and collaborate on any custom development requirements, as well as program delivery needs
- Establish training, change management and communications plans related to talent programs, to influence company-wide adoption
- Help drive employee recognition and engagement. Lead corporate execution of the organization survey and action plans to improve culture
- Manage and optimize existing HRIS Talent modules , through configuring, reporting, data analytics and insights to enhance decision-making; serve as the SME for the Talent modules

Qualifications:Education/Experience
- 8+ years of progressively senior HR experience
- 5+ years specialized in talent management programs, organizational development, leadership development or similar where responsibilities included performance management, talent development, or career development.
- Experience managing a full-cycle performance management program.
- Experience designing and delivering innovative talent solutions globally and at scale
- Hands-on change management experience (able to turn theory into practice).
- Experience effectively analyzing talent data to glean valuable organizational and people insights.
- Experience implementing performance and/or career planning modules in HRIS systems
- Experience working in an HR structure that leverages the centers of excellence, shared services, and business-based HR structure considered an asset
- On-top of best-in-class, innovative talent and OD practices and how they may fit into supporting our business objectives
- Proven success in quickly building a strong internal network both within HR and the business to seamlessly deliver results.
- Ability to manage and evolve mid-to-large scale, complex talent management programs including performance management, talent assessment, leveraging subject matter expertise and consultative skills and partner with the HR team to lead, design and deliver these initiatives.
- A true Talent thought leader energized by innovation and challenges assumptions and norms
- A deep subject matter expert and leader in the areas of talent, leadership and culture and have been using talent metrics to create talent planning programs that drive business outcomes
- Experienced leveraging contemporary talent management frameworks, practices and tools, in addition to using innovative learning models and technologies
- Demonstrated experience in outstanding, business-focused HR functions and had success applying your expertise to generate consensus and trust at senior levels to provide effective counsel and influence decision-making
- A strategic business partner - you can comprehensively understand the business strategy and connect it to a talent strategy and future talent needs
