The Manager, Business and Community Partnerships is responsible for growing the adoption of MemorialCare services through successfully building relationships with business and community partners. The manager will oversee the performance of the marketing/community outreach staff including setting performance goals and expectations, performance evaluations and coaching. The manager will lead by example and motivate teams, monitoring productivity and effectiveness of team members individually and collectively. The manager assists in the development of the budget related to sales goals and in the implementation of sales tactics for commercial patient enrollment growth. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Directly managing staff. Develops annual targets, ensuring competitive positioning, messaging and coordinated deployment to achieve maximum exposure, lead generation, and implementation of appointments, events and activities. Monitors productivity and effectiveness of team members individually and collectively.
Collaborating with Executive Director, Business & Comm. Partnerships on budget planning/tracking and ensuring the department stays within budget parameters.
Maintaining close collaboration and participation in MemorialCare marketing initiatives and helps ensure ongoing system-wide integration of marketing outreach/sales efforts.
Developing and maintaining relationships with area employers, vendors, brokers, health plan contacts and community partners, and documenting outreach efforts in Salesforce. Prior account management experience helpful.
Representing the Business and Community Outreach Team in partnership with the Executive Director on relevant internal committees and workstreams.
Collaborating with Digital & Brand, Communications & PR, and Service Line Marketing Divisions as needed.
