Job SummaryDevelops and oversees the LIFE Geisinger Outreach and Enrollment Plan, advertising campaign, and associated written and electronic materials within the defined departmental operating budget. Responsible to develop and implement marketing strategies within the healthcare and senior service communities through presentations, education opportunities, and maintaining relationships with referral sources. Maintains a referral tracking system and routinely reports findings to leadership.Job DutiesPerforms individual and group marketing presentations to potential referral sources including hospital discharge planning, local physician offices, social service organizations, home health agencies, emergency response units , churches, and various organizations.
