JOB SUMMARY: The Supervisor of Service Quality and Performance Improvement will be responsible for the day-to-day activities and performance of a team of Service Quality Coordinators, Enrollment QA Analysts, and Performance Improvement Specialists. The Supervisor will be responsible for coaching and developing the teams to exceed performance expectations.
