Job SummaryThe Supplemental Compensation Analyst communicates and provides guidance on compensation services, initiatives, and programs to human resources professionals and customers. Participates in the management of daily compensation activities including the development, implementation and administration of compensation policies, programs and practices. Other specific compensation functions include: providing support to managers with ad hoc reports, performing special costing analyses, responding to specific inquiries relating to salary administration issues and the coordination and completion of compensation surveys, advising on and trouble-shooting operational aspects of the Compens
