DescriptionLifepoint Health is recruiting for a Manager of Implementation Services to join our Implementation Services team!
Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of managing the Systems Implementation or the Platform Installation team to contribute to the success of the Implementation Services Department. Oversees and advises project teams in completing successful implementations services for all divisions. Supports the planning and development of implementation strategies, project/training management, and technical architecture within Implementation Services Department. Budgets for potential projects and annual budgeting activities.

- Recruits, hires, and manages performance of Implementation Services Department employees and contractors for either Systems Implementation or Platform Installation team.
- Develops, coaches, and motivates employees for effective performance, career growth and retention.
- Directs the planning, organizing, negotiations, and staffing of Systems Implementation or Platform Installation projects for all system types and facilities to ensure business requirements are achieved.
- Supports complex budgeting exercises to determine cost and feasibility of various large-scale projects that may affect all divisions.
- Supports the planning, developing and management of capital and operating budgets for all actual and potential implementation, systems training, and installation projects.
- Manages staffing, vendor, and business relationships to obtain optimal performance results.
- Supports, monitors, and provides direction for improved departmental processes to ensure that the same basic quality standards are applied to all implementations.
- Negotiates deliverables and project plans/schedules with other I/S departments and with stakeholders in each Division.
- Provides timely feedback and justification to IS Implementation Services senior management, concerning improvements to ongoing implementations
- Advises and monitors Systems Implementation or Installation teams in order to achieve implementation success across assigned divisions. Provides timely escalations as needed.
- Continually enhances knowledge of Systems Implementation and Platform Installation in order to support success of Implementation Services and to aspire to the next level.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management/Management or related field or related experience.
Experience: 5+ years of experience
Certifications: PMP Preferred
