Responsible for developing, directing, and improving Supply Chain data operations, strategic direction, and design principles to ensure alignment between business and data management objectives. Manages a core functional team of data integrity professionals to deliver on run-the-business operations and projects, while monitoring performance and personal development. Assists respective leadership with understanding and implementing data and process standards and supporting department budget planning and management. In addition, will lead enterprise-wide evaluation, design, and testing of new technologies that improve and enhance system reliability, availability, and serviceability with respect to Supply Chain data.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Run-the-Business: Measures, monitors, and manages performance to Service Level Agreements and overall quality delivery for the respective team; implement Lean Best Practices to optimize performance, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Serves as a point of escalation to staff when issues arise
Project Delivery Management: Develops business cases, reviews and approves business and/or data model requirements, defines scope or projects and work schedules, and manages departmental resources to complete projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Serves as a point of escalation to when project issues arise
Resource and Performance Management: Maintains proper staffing levels, allocates resources, manages payroll, provides ongoing two-way feedback, develops and executes staff development plans, and evaluates individual performance; conducts personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and other status changes
Budget Planning and Management: Assists management with planning and ongoing management of departmental capital and operational budget in accordance with Supply Chain strategic plans and run-the-business needs
Promote Data / Process Standards: Understands requirements and designs of data modeling and process standards. Works with management to finalize standards to ensure long-term sustainability, strategic alignment, and cost effectiveness of proposed enterprise and departmental data standards; promotes consistent adoption of new data integrity and process standards within Supply Chain.
Strategy and Planning: Directs the overall strategy, data model and process improvements for BSWH Supply Chain data integrity offerings and support. Identifies business requirements that affect enterprise data governance and provide solutions that integrate into the overall strategy.
Leadership: Serves as a subject matter expert for data integrity frameworks, methods and tools. Participates in the governance process to ensure the Supply Chain delivers the desired benefits to BSWH. Acts as coach to advise Supply Chain technical and support teams in any data integrity disciplines.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma plus 6 years of related experience
