The Sr. Digital Marketing Analytics Manager will be responsible for reporting and tracking digital marketing strategies and campaigns across all digital marketing platforms. This individual will work directly with internal stakeholders including developers, agency partners, and other marketing strategists to proactively provide analyses and data driven insights to better understand performance and set future media goals. The candidate will help grow the effectiveness of our media strategies while contributing to the development, execution, and monitoring of overarching digital marketing strategy and specific campaigns. This role will assist in measuring impact of our digital marketing efforts to movement across our customer segments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Deliver analytical insights to digital marketing managers to inform strategies and results of ongoing testing
Build measurement analytics to derive relative impact of digital marketing to the enterprise growth goals
Leverage various marketing tech platforms to conduct in-depth exploration of data to inform marketing measurement capabilities
Work with technology teams to define data strategy and build data models, including data lineage and governance exercises
Act as strategic council to marketing managers to provide recommendations for paid strategies and ensure each A/B test is structured to reach statistical significance
Report on and utilize data to create and/or refine strategies
Serve as an in-house expert for all things data, including emerging trends and practices. Effectively state the business case for investment in new tools and platforms to grow the organization’s digital capabilities.
Manage and collaborate with an internal content team, cross-functional teams and external resources to continually evolve the design and impact of digital properties

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Coding experience preferred (Python, SQL, Pyspark) with strong analytical skills, both in modeling and measurement
Has significant experience working with data and digital analytics and understands Big Query or Power BI
Experience working with Snowflake, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics a plus
Can work with tools like SEM Rush, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics data
Experience using social media analytics (Facebook Business Manager, Google and others)
Comfort in working flexibly and iteratively with large sets of data
Experience in developing and tracking towards KPIs
Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or related fields
At least 3+ years of experience in roles within technology and data analysis, preferably in the retail industry or analytics agencies
The successful candidate will be analytical, forward thinking, resourceful and adaptable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
