The Nemours Strategy and Business Development Department is seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to join our team full-time to support the organizational growth and strategic development of Nemours Children's Health Delaware (Delaware Valley).
The Data and Reporting Analyst will have overall responsibility for exceeding client expectations through superior implementation, delivery and management of data solutions. On a day to day, he / she is expected to:
Gather quality assurance, and maintenance of departmental data sets as well as market data, and consumer research data.
Manage a variety of fast-paced Health System projects to support strategic and business development initiatives; as well as supporting organizational quality improvement initiatives
Assess market position by analyzing internal and external environments and translating analyses into meaningful information that can be used to facilitate decision-making to ensure strategic positioning in a competitive market.
Create trackers once initiatives are implemented and executed; work closely with Finance, Marketing, Quality and Service Line Operations, and others as appropriate.
Supporting the development of continuous improvement and process improvement projects as appropriate by gathering research and quality data, analyzing information and drawing conclusions and making recommendations
Frequently communicate project status and concerns
The Business Development Data and Reporting Analyst actively supports the other Business Development Data and Reporting Analyst, the Manager Service Line Planning and Optimization, the Administrator Strategic Implementation and Optimization and the Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer. This position serves in a strategic role to lead and support business plans, financial proformas, data analyses and reporting, quality and strategic initiatives.
Hybrid position
Bachelor's Degree with major in, health care administration/operation, data analytics, finance.
Analytically oriented; strong written and verbal communication skills. Combination of technical/analytical skills and ability to think and communicate with a strategic mindset. Experience with EPIC, Qlik Suite of tools, Excel/Access/Microsoft Office, SQL, and Lawson suite of tools preferred.
1-3 years of job-related experience.
