Assist customers with selection and purchases. Work with staff and volunteers to maintain customer service standards through direct contact with customers.Daily OperationsOperate business machines (cash register, fax, credit card, copier, computer) and trouble shoot routine problems with basic business equipment. Assist volunteers in the daily operation of the Gift Shop. Answer the phone, take and deliver phone orders using excellent phone skills.
