Job Description:Under the direct supervision of the Food & Nutrition Services Director or Supervisor, the lead cook performs a variety of patient food service and dish duties. The cook will prepare appropriate food items for hospital patients, staff, and visitors according to recipes. The lead cook will have oversight of the cooks and assist with menu planning.
