Maintains consistent communication with leadership for facility issues.
Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing operations of WEB based sports training programs.
Responisible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of specific training programs for clients other than sports teams. (Such as Fire Department)
Responsible for monitoring the Benefis Wellness rooms (east and west campus) for equipment safety and employee programming and needs.
Responsible for the development of relationships throughout the region with RESULTS in order to grow market share for all entities encompassed in OCOM.
Provides for specific programming within sporst medicine including outreach, clinical program inplmentation and follow through.
Responislbe for consistent communication with the Athletic Directors, Coaches and Athletic Trainers, within the region and specifically locally for high school, club and college sports teams to maintain relationships and assess needs.
Responisble for working closely with Occupational Health program as well as with all employers who request wellness programming for the efficient implementation of wellness services, including the tracking and reporting of data.
Assists in the specific delivery of all programs.
Performs sport specific performance assessments and works with athletic population, groups and individuals to establish performance or function goals, designs and leads specialized training programs to achieve these goals.
Ability to observe and evaluate program impact and provide continuous feedback to the athlete
Is proficient in the use of Dartfish, performance and motion analysis to assist athletes in improving performance.
Performs all aspects of training in an environment that optimizes safety and reduces the likelihood of injury
Is active in community outreach, with local club, school and college coaches to assess community needs and promotion of the RESULTS program.
Treats clients and their families with respect and dignity.
Manages and operates equipment safely and correctly. Maintains department cleanliness and safety.
Interacts professionally with client and family with focus on individualized goals
Is accountable for the planning, staffing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and improving of all aspects of the RESULTS program.
Maintains records pertinent to personnel and operation of the department and provides reporting anD required and requested.
Works collaboratively with the departments of the Orthopedic Center of Montana to enhance service and outcomes

Maintains a good working relationship both within the department and with other departments.
Participates in educational staff performance improvement in-services. Assists with orientation and in-service training for certified department staff members, participates in guidance and educational programs.
Participates in infection control, departmental training equipment training and organizational CQI activities.

Meets and maintains federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and standards.
Wears identification while on duty.
