Position Summary: The Principal Enterprise Architect is a strategic individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. This individual will be a senior member of the Information Technology organization responsible for leading the development of the enterprise architecture strategy across MultiCare Health. The Enterprise Architect will combine a deep understanding of business architecture, technology, applications, information security, industry best practices, and architectural patterns to drive business and Digital transformation initiatives that meet our enterprise objectives. In this role you will collaborate with business, operational and technology leaders, stakeholders, engineers, and analysts to understand strategic business initiatives and design and develop technical solutions that satisfy those needs. This individual has extensive knowledge in multiple business and architecture domains, forward thinking, and well-versed in emerging technologies and trends. He/she must possess the excellent interpersonal skills necessary to articulate the value of a strong enterprise architecture function to critical business stakeholders. This leadership position is responsible for leadership, strategy, direction and information technology for Enterprise Architecture services across MHS for both MHS entities as well as it's current and future customers.
Minimum Requirements: 3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity 5+ years in an Enterprise Architect role 10+ years relevant business and IT experience Cloud and/or Epic architecture and migration experience preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, MIS or related field (or substitute for relevant experience)
