The Nemours Physician Recruitment Team is seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator. This is a full time position based in Orlando, Florida.
The Candidate Experience Coordinator is a critical partner to the Talent Acquisition Team and provides guidance and assistance for internal partners to create an exemplary impression of Nemours for select external candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Success in this role means representing Nemours values to enhance and maximize a high quality and memorable candidate experience which will differentiate Nemours from our competitors for highly sought after talent. This includes Physician, Director level, Executive, and other prospect.
- Coordinate the recruiting experience to exceed candidates' expectations.
- Implement the WOW factor (a feature, quality, service or offering that makes candidates feel great excitement or admiration for Nemours).
- Identify and escalate any matter or concern that might negatively impact a candidate's experience.
Associates Degree or commensurate experience (3-5 years of relevant work experience)
Experience with Oracle, Workday or other Recruiting specific software, MS office preferred
Minimum 3 years administrative experience in a high volume, high paced, detail-oriented setting
This position will report to the Senior Manager of Physician Recruitment.
