In this position, you will join 4,800 physicians and partner with a network of 80,000 employees to elevate surgical and cancer care for our Health System. The Associate CMIO will play a key role across the clinical transformation of our organization in planning, organizing, and leading new initiatives, whilst proactively seeking for optimization and workflow enhancements, mentoring team members, and participating in clinical councils to enhance the quality of care our patients receive in the communities we serve.
Success of this role includes physician use and adaptation, data analytics and development, governance and leadership in partnership with our site, regional, and executive CMIOs, and planning/system design and improvement.

It is a way of thinking, acting and believing that, when it comes to health care, we can find a better way.
