The role you’ll contribute:
Working with the Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Strategist, the Senior Marketing Specialist executes marketing initiatives for key service lines and the markets we serve. He/She applies knowledge of market research and analytics to contribute to the development of marketing plans which competitively differentiate AdventHealth and ensures the growth of volume, market share, share of spend and brand awareness.The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated enthusiasm for implementing marketing programs and day-to-day functions, demonstrating independent judgment and creativity.

·Contributes to the development of annual marketing plans; setting goals, strategies and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met.
·Implements the day-to-day strategic marketing efforts for assigned service lines and/or dedicated markets with an overall regional and network focus for the Central Florida Division.
·Develops and maintains physician relationships to enhance consumer marketing efforts through lectures and events; collaborates with physician relations marketing team on physician to physician marketing strategies.
·Serves as social media liaison, meeting quantifiable goals and objectives; helps oversee websites related to area of focus for timely and consistent updates; collaborates with Digital Strategy team implementing effective online strategies to drive volume and engagement.
·Works collaboratively with Creative team, providing clear objectives and goals, with timely feedback and reasonable deadlines for development of effective deliverables.
·Maintains/tracks budget; tracks volume and additional data for ROI reporting to ensure business goals are met.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
·Minimum of two (2) years of marketing, communications or related experience
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
Valid State of Florida Class E driver’s license and driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy
